1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using dentistpainrelief.com, purchasing any of our products, or joining our Skool membership community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and customers of Dentist Pain Relief, operated by Dr. Steven Zilke ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of services

Dentist Pain Relief provides online educational content, video courses, downloadable resources, and a membership community focused on occupational musculoskeletal pain relief and strength-based rehabilitation for dental professionals. Our services are delivered through our website, the Skool platform, and via email communications through GoHighLevel.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Our programs are designed for dental professionals and other adults interested in occupational wellness. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

4. Purchases & payments

When you purchase a product or membership from us, you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Direct purchases (including lead magnet products) are processed securely through Stripe. Membership fees are processed through Skool's payment system.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
• Recurring membership fees will be billed according to the billing cycle selected at enrollment. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are generally final. If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual property

All content on dentistpainrelief.com and within our programs — including but not limited to videos, written materials, downloadable handouts, course content, branding, and logos — is owned by Dr. Steven Zilke and Dentist Pain Relief and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

7. Community conduct

As a member of our Skool community, you agree to:

• Treat all members and staff with respect
• Not post spam, promotional content, or solicitations without permission
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce course materials outside the community
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or behavior that disrupts the community

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community for violations of these conduct standards, without refund.

8. Not medical advice

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise, rehabilitation, or pain management program. Dr. Steven Zilke's credentials as a physical therapist, chiropractor, and acupuncturist do not establish a provider-patient relationship through these programs. Use of our content is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dentist Pain Relief and Dr. Steven Zilke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, content, or community — including but not limited to physical injury, loss of income, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days prior to the claim.

10. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms including Skool, Stripe, and GoHighLevel. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party platform.

11. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Saint Louis, Missouri under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
