The program is specifically designed for busy dental professionals, requiring only 10-15 minutes per day. Each exercise integrates seamlessly into your existing routine - whether it's a morning stretch, a technique you use between patients, or a quick strengthening session at home - so you get maximum results without disrupting your workflow or personal life.
Unlike generic treatments, this program is specifically designed for the unique physical demands that dental professionals face every day. With 35 years of specialized experience treating neck and back pain, I've identified the root causes specific to your profession and created targeted solutions that address these exact issues. Most physical therapy and chiropractic care treats general back pain - this program treats dental professional back pain."
No gym membership required! The program is designed to be done at home or even in your office. While some basic, inexpensive equipment will optimize your results, everything can be easily found at any local store or ordered online. I provide clear guidance on exactly what you need and where to get it - nothing fancy or expensive, just practical tools that enhance your recovery.
Most dental professionals notice reduced soreness and muscle tension within the first week when they follow the program consistently. While every case is unique, 35 years of healthcare experience has taught me that doing the right exercises and strengthening the right muscles always leads to better health, less pain, and improved mobility - even if you don't achieve 100% pain relief. The program is designed to give you measurable improvement and the tools to continue progressing long-term.

After earning my Chiropractic degree from Logan College, I established and operated my own clinic in St. Louis for 15 years, specializing in acute neck and back pain treatment—particularly for patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents. This hands-on clinical experience gave me deep expertise in trauma-related spinal injuries and the comprehensive care needed to restore patients' mobility and quality of life.
Clinical Practice
1995-2010
From 2009 to 2018, I had the privilege of teaching my rehabilitation methods at Logan College. This teaching experience not only solidified my clinical expertise but expanded my knowledge exponentially, elevating my understanding to the advanced level I bring to my practice today. Educating the next generation of chiropractors deepened my mastery of rehabilitation techniques and refined my ability to communicate complex treatment concepts.
Academic Instruction
2009-1018
In 2010, I evolved my practice to specialize in pain management rehabilitation within a collaborative multi-specialty setting. Working alongside pain specialists, general practitioners, fellow chiropractors, and massage therapists significantly expanded my clinical knowledge and gave me a comprehensive, integrative approach to patient care that draws from multiple disciplines.
